Check the public session for your pool
The City of Paris publishes timetables by swimming pool. School and club sessions mean that an establishment is not necessarily open to individual swimmers throughout its operating day. Schedules also change during school holidays and summer.
Choose a particular pool and date, then check the public-access slot and any closure notice. Leave time for the venue’s admission procedures and changing arrangements; do not assume an advertised closing time is the last moment you can enter the water.
Compare the municipal tickets
The city’s 2026 municipal table lists single entry at €3.50, a ten-entry card at €28 and a three-month subscription at €43. Eligible reduced prices are €2, €16 and €22 respectively. Check the conditions before choosing a reduced ticket.
Municipal cards and subscriptions are not valid at Suzanne Berlioux, Pontoise and Pailleron. Confirm the chosen pool’s pricing before purchasing a pass. Lessons or organised activities may have a separate fee from entry.
Prepare for the particular venue
Before travelling, read the pool’s current rules for swimwear, equipment and admission. Pack according to that information rather than assuming that every venue supplies the same facilities or accepts the same items.
If access arrangements matter to your visit, check the individual pool’s information directly. Keep the timetable available on your phone and recheck it before departure, particularly during holidays or when a closure could change your plan.
